S.T.A.T.I.C. ~ St. James Teens Active Together In Christ

This program is for both our High School and Middle School Teens. Through this group we seek to help our teens grow in knowledge of our Catholic beliefs and traditions through faith sharing, social activities, and relationship building.
We are a very active group taking an active role in our 1pm Youth Mass each Sunday. Attending Diocesan Youth Events, Christian Concerts, Youth Conferences, and Praise & Worship Prayer Services. We also offer the T3 Bible Study from Life Teen, featuring Mark Hart the“BIBLE GEEK”.
We help our community every third Friday of the month at the Salvation Army’s Soup Kitchen and visit the residents of Regency Residence Assisted Living Facility that Sunday following the Soup Kitchen. We also volunteer with Pasco County's Homeless Coalition with their bi-annual filling of back-packs. Other community service projects include: the St Vincent dePaul's annual “Friends of Poor Walk” and our Parish’s annual Fall Festival & Ministry Fair.
We also take part in our area's annual American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and the New Port Richey's Christmas Parade. We have many social gatherings like “Friday Night Fun NIGHTS with Fr. Mike” …“Sunday Afternoon at the Alleys”… “Disney's Night of JOY” … “Movie on the Lawn”, and many other fun Game Nights including volleyball games and Fr. Mike's favorite water-balloons nights!
